The File Sharing Portal is a secure way of sharing data with Fidelity. It can only be used for data that is not submitted via PlanViewer. This will be data that is shared on an ad hoc basis and not data that falls into regular PlanViewer submissions. You should always submit your standard regular submissions via PlanViewer and not the File Sharing Portal. Please contact the Service Delivery team on service.delivery@fil.com who can arrange access for you.

Every three years you must put certain staff who have left your pension scheme back into it. This is called re-enrolment.
Whether you have staff to put back into your scheme or not, you must complete a re-declaration of compliance to confirm to the Pensions Regulator how you have met your duties. Re-enrolment and re-declaration are your legal duties and if you don't act you could be fined.
Please complete the Over Paid Contribution Form for single members or Over Paid Contribution Form for multiple Members and email a copy to our DC Admin team on dcadministration@fil.com. They will then review the form and reason for return and will arrange for the contributions to be returned to you. Please note that Fidelity will disinvest the units originally purchased at their current unit price, so the amount returned will be different to the amount you paid. This will ensure that the member is put in the correct position as if the error had not happened.
