Regulatory Update
This quarter included many responses to Government and regulatory consultations, a new Minister for Pensions, approval of Pensions Dashboards Programme (PDP) standards and HM Treasury publish a policy paper on how regulation can support growth.

This quarter saw the first Budget of the new Labour Government and the Mansion House speech which included announcements on reform to pensions. We also saw the Financial Conduct Authority introduce its latest consultation on the Advice Guidance Boundary Review focusing on targeted support for pension scheme members, as well as rules on commercial pension dashboards.

In this quarter, we look at the early actions of the new Labour Government including the Pensions Schemes Bill, Pensions' Review and Value for Money framework consultation. The Pensions Regulator (TPR) has also provided several updates including on Pensions Dashboards, Master Trusts and ESG Compliance. The Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) has launched a new service called ‘Pension Wise Digital’.
