Working together

Your dedicated relationship team will help you deliver a valuable benefits package for your employees and support you from service delivery to the overall management of your plan.

Employees can save directly from their salary through payroll into:

  • an Investment Account
  • a Stocks and Shares ISA
  • a Lifetime ISA.

Employees can also save for a child by Direct Debit into a Junior ISA or a a Junior Self-Invested Personal Pension (JSIPP).

Supporting financial health

We provide an integrated communication and engagement programme to improve financial literacy and education and online tools to help employees who join Invest@Work.

What does Invest@Work offer

In most cases employees can contribute directly from their salary by setting up a regular savings plan or investing lump sums alongside their workplace pension.

Some of the features include:

  • Integrate with your payroll and/or Flexible Benefits Platform
  • Option to match your employee contributions through payroll
  • Flexibility to save as little as £25, directly from an employee's salary or by Direct Debit (for junior accounts, payments can only be made by Direct Debit)
  • Discounted service fee which is paid for by the employee to Fidelity for administering their account
  • Access to over 5,000 funds and shares – mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), investment trusts and individual shares
  • Secure online apps with 24/7 access putting your employees in control to track and manage their pension and investments
  • Ability to integrate automated compliance reporting of personal investing accounts.

  • Relationship Director - To support service delivery and management of your benefits package
  • Project Manager - Responsible for onboarding, data management and implementation
  • Service Delivery Lead - Supports day-to-day administration
  • Communication and Engagement Consultant - Who can support and discuss your employee engagement strategy.
